Jendah Food Machinery has successfully completed a kitchen equipment upgrade project for Le Méridien Taichung, with the installation of a 3 Deck 9 Tray Electric Deck Oven and a Ten-Tray Convection Oven. This upgrade enables the hotel to maintain stable and consistent baking quality while handling high-volume output and a diverse range of menu items.
The entire project was carried out by Jendah Food Machinery’s technical team, covering on-site measurements, equipment positioning, electrical and temperature control testing, as well as trial baking to ensure optimal performance. In addition, comprehensive operation and maintenance training was provided to the hotel’s kitchen staff, allowing the team to become fully familiar with the equipment and maximize its efficiency.
